Admissions Timeline

Early Decision Enrollment October 1 – December 31

• The perfect time to apply!
• $95 application fee
• Registration fee $115 (This is an Early Bird savings of $95!) due upon acceptance.
• Once application forms are completed, Admissions application will be processed within ten business days and next steps will be given.

Open Enrollment January 1 – June 30

• The school year is almost half over. It’s time to plan for the upcoming year and join the TCS family.
• $95 application fee
• $210 registration fee due upon acceptance.
• Once application forms are completed, Admissions application will be processed within ten business days and next steps will be given.
• Placement Test February 21, 2024
• Placement Test March 13, 2024

Special Consideration Applications – July 1 – September 30

• Don’t Delay! Applications are still being accepted.
• August 15 is the last day applications will be accepted for a start on the first day of school in September. All applications submitted after August 15 will be processed after the first week of school is completed.
• Applications are considered on a first come first serve basis and you may be placed on a wait list.
• $150 application fee
• $210 registration fee due upon acceptance
• 10-Day processing of admissions not guaranteed

Mid Year Transfers – During the School Year

• All applications considered on a per-application basis
• $95 Application fee
• Registration fee $210 due upon acceptance
• 10-Day processing of admissions not guaranteed

Those with financial need may apply for Variable Tuition.

• Variable Tuition Application Fee $40
• Early Variable Tuition Review opens December 1.
• Variable Tuition Application should be submitted at the same time as your application for Admissions.
• Variable Tuition Applications will be reviewed within ten business days after your Admissions process is complete and you have received acceptance into Timothy Christian School.
• All Variable Tuition Applications are reviewed on a per application basis as funds allow.
• The deadline for applying for the variable tuition is June 15.
