We are thankful to all our TCS family and friends who support our mission: to partner with the Christian home and church, to provide the finest Christ-centered education, to equip our students to live productive, God-glorifying lives. When is it?
TCS Giving Tuesday 2023 takes place on Tuesday, November 28. However, you don’t have to wait until then, you can give today!
What is it?
Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving where people come together to transform their community and the world!
Why does TCS do this?
Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for people to give to make a difference in the lives of our students and staff at TCS! All money raised during the Giving Tuesday campaign goes towards our Annual Fund. This year the Annual Fund will be used for some special projects. Click on the Projects tab above to learn more!
Giving Tuesday is one of the most exciting fund-raising days for TCS because EVERYONE in the TCS community (alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends) can participate and invite others to join them! From the smallest gift to the biggest, your generosity to TCS enables us to provide an excellent Christ-centered education, now more important than ever, and make a difference for eternity.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes. Your gift is tax-deductible. You will receive an email confirmation that will serve as your receipt for tax purposes.
Do matching gifts make a difference?
Absolutely! It's an amazing corporate benefit that helps make a greater impact as companies match 2x or even 3x of the donation amount.
How do I know if my company matches?
You may view a list of companies which offer matching gift programs by clicking on the search button below. Please do not view this as a comprehensive list of companies that will donate to TCS. You should speak with your HR manager to check your company’s guidelines.
What paperwork do I and/or my company need to complete in order to apply for a matching gift?
If your company has an online donation system administered through your Intranet or a matching gift portal, paperwork is automatically forwarded to TCS when you enter your donation amount. I made a donation to TCS a few months ago. Can I still apply for a matching gift?
Yes, it’s not too late! Many companies allow employees to submit match requests for up to one year following the date of the donation. Check with your company’s HR manager regarding specific donation periods and policies.
