Meet the David family! Confidence and her daughters have been with us for two years now! They are currently in 5th and 3rd grade. We are so glad she made the decision to be part of our TCS family! Let’s hear from Confidence herself about what she loves about Timothy Christian School!
Why did you choose TCS for your children?
I choose TCS because it’s a Christian school that aligns with our family’s values. At the time my older daughter was in 3rd grade, and her school only went up to 3rd grade, which meant she would have had to attend a different school from her sister. I wanted both of my children to be in the same environment, so I made the decision to enroll my younger daughter in 2nd grade and my older daughter in 4th grade at TCS. This allowed them to grow, learn, and support each other in the same school community.
What do you love most about TCS?
I love that TCS provides a strong Christian foundation while creating a warm and supportive environment for my children. It means a lot to me that they are not only learning academically but also growing in their faith and values.
What is one word that best describes the school? Why?
One word that best describes TCS is “nurturing.” TCS creates an environment where children feel safe and supported and are encouraged to do their best. The teachers take time to understand each child’s needs and help them grow in confidence.
In what ways have you seen your children grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS?
Since attending TCS, I have seen both of my daughters grow in confidence and independence. They are more engaged in their learning and excited about school. I’ve also noticed positive growth in their character. Most importantly, they are developing a stronger understanding of their faith, which is something I truly value.
How is TCS preparing your children for college and beyond?
TCS is helping my children build a strong academic foundation while also teaching responsibility and confidence. The teachers are very supportive and push the students to do their best.
What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS?
TCS is a great place for both learning and personal growth. The teachers truly care, and the environment is supportive and structured.
