Our Carnegie Hall Music Program instructor, Ms. Simmons, will be offering 30-minute Flute and Recorder lessons this summer!

With over 40 years of experience, Ms. Simmons has performed as soloist, church musician, trio/band/woodwind ensemble, and as a symphony orchestra member.

Recorder Lessons – Grades 2-5
Flute Lessons – Grades 4-12

Each session is $30 and will be scheduled during:

Week 4: (7/13-7/17)

Week 5: (7/20-7/24)

Week 6: (7/27-7/31)

Ms. Simmons will reach out to schedule your child’s individual lesson time.

The goals of the program include:

– Introduction to music enrichment and theory as well as preparation for performances

– Build confidence and presentation skills

– Help students discover that learning music can be fun!  

The curriculum book and instrument must be purchased or rented separately, if you don’t already have it. Details will be provided upon registration.

If your child is attending Little Explorers or Adventurers summer camp, the lesson will be scheduled at 3pm.
