This year’s Homecoming was a joyful day at Timothy Christian School, filled with school spirit, exciting games, and plenty of family fun! From our youngest Jr. Tigers to alumni returning to the field, the day highlighted the strength of our TCS community.

The festivities began bright and early with Jr. Tigers Soccer on the varsity field, setting the tone for a full day of athletics and celebration. Fans cheered on our JV Girls Volleyball team as they faced Abundant Life Academy, while younger students enjoyed a wide variety of activities in the parking lot. This year, we had four inflatables, including two bounce houses, basketball and axe throwing, plus face painting, and elementary field day games, ensuring fun for every age. In addition to these games, students and families gathered in the parking lot for the Robotics Team demonstration, showcasing the creativity and innovation of our students in action.

The excitement continued with a packed schedule of matches: Varsity Girls Soccer vs. Dunellen, a spirited Middle School Soccer vs. Parents game, and later in the afternoon, the much-anticipated Varsity Boys Soccer vs. Perth Amboy. Meanwhile, the gym was alive with energy as the Varsity Girls Volleyball team battled Abundant Life Academy, followed by the Middle School Girls Volleyball vs. Parents matchup that brought plenty of smiles and laughter. We’re excited to celebrate with the Varsity Girls Soccer team who won their game 5-0!

The Tigers Den was open throughout the day thanks to alumni parent, Karla Elsaesser, giving families and friends a chance to enjoy refreshments while parents and alumni stopped by the big blue tent to grab some new TCS gear. It was wonderful to see many familiar faces as our alumni greeted each other, former teachers, and friends who are current students.

As the day wrapped up, this year’s Homecoming proved once again that Timothy Christian School is more than just a place of learning, it is a community that celebrates faith, fellowship, and Tiger pride together!
