As the 2024–2025 school year ends, the Timothy Christian School community has much to celebrate, especially when it comes to our athletics program. Under the leadership of Nick Badillo, our Athletic Director, this year marked a successful and inspiring season in Timothy’s history of athletics.

An impressive 79% of high school students and 75% of middle school students participated in athletics this year, highlighting the inclusive culture of our athletic program. TCS athletes competed with heart, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence on and off the field.

Season Highlights:

      • 21 student-athletes were named to the All-Division Team across all three sports seasons, and one received the prestigious All-County honor.
      • Haley Gottshall set a new girls’ soccer school record with an incredible 123 career goals.
      • In girls’ volleyball, Holly Medina shattered records with 599 kills and 505 digs.
      • Jalen Fleming became the first-ever TCS athlete to reach the 2,000-point club in boys’ basketball, finishing his career with 2,152 points.
      • Rhaiyna Brown reached a major scoring milestone, surpassing 1,000 career points as only a sophomore.
      • Our Varsity Boys Basketball Team was crowned GMC Blue Division Champions for the second consecutive year.
      • Coach Dennis McNulty was named GMC Blue Division Coach of the Year, a well-earned recognition of his leadership and dedication.
      • On the track, Justin Griguoli set a new school record in the 400-meter with a stellar time of 52.37 seconds.
      • Freshman Leya King soared to victory, winning the GMC White Division Championship in the High Jump.

These accomplishments speak not only to the hard work and talent of our student-athletes, but also to the strength of our coaches, families, and school community. Our athletes continue to represent TCS with character and class.

As we look ahead to another exciting year of TCS athletics, we are always seeking passionate and committed coaches to join our program. If you’re interested in coaching middle school or high school sports next year, please contact Nick Badillo at nbadillo@timothychristian.org
