Why did you choose TCS for your child? I personally knew several families whose children graduated from TCS and some who worked there and still work there. They encouraged me to take a look. My husband and I were praying for a school that provided a great academic education as well as religion and family values.  Our first open house we were in! We loved meeting faculty and students and enjoyed the tour with our twins. We felt it was a safe, nurturing, and loving environment. At a time when the pandemic was going on, our family needed God more than ever and Timothy was an answer to deepening our faith, as well as providing for our children’s education. What do you love most about TCS? We love knowing our children are safe, cared for, and truly loved. The education is centered around God…what more can you ask for? Having to attend chapel weekly and parents being welcomed is amazing! My children love chapel! They also love the sports that are available as well as the music and art classes and the weekly library trip. What I also love is that the TCS staff is readily available to talk or pray with you and can be reached throughout the school day. What is one word that best describes the school? Why? Blessing…because this school is truly an answer to our prayers when it comes to our twins. Our kids come first, and I feel they all do at Timothy. In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS? They learned how to write and do some reading and mathematics as well as learn about Jesus in their first year. They made friends and saw their parents make friends and grow in our faith as well. This year I already see how they are learning and growing academically and spiritually. It’s amazing! How is TCS preparing your child for college and beyond? The education they provide, and STEM program is awesome! They offer parents to attend informative talks about college prepping. Testing is also done to see that your children are learning and if they need anything to help them academically. What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS? I tell everyone that will listen that we love Timothy and that it would be one of the best decisions you can make as a parent for your child’s future.
