Why did you choose TCS for your child?
We chose TCS for the Christ-centered education. TCS has very caring educators with a passion for teaching not only academics, but also for nurturing a love for God and others in the students which will lead them to make a difference in this world.
What do you love most about TCS?
TCS is a family. Staff is truly dedicated to partnering with parents to meet each child’s individual needs.
What is one word that best describes the school? Why?
Ambassador is the word that best describes TCS. In the 8 years I have been here, I have witnessed the TCS community striving to represent Christ’s character in all areas of functioning, thereby nurturing in my children, not only academic excellence, but also a Godly perspective. This is helping them solve problems and relate to others in a healthy manner.
In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS?
I have seen my children becoming more aware of their short comings. They have started working intentionally to reflect God’s character in their choices, behaviors and relationships both at home with family and outside. I have also seen them choose to read the Word and engage in prayer independently.
How is TCS preparing your child for college and beyond?
TCS laid the foundation for not just a strong academic base, but also developed a fine character in my children enabling them to face good as well as difficult circumstances, especially in these times of much societal friction.
What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS?
TCS is personal, an extended family, with the best interest of our children in mind.
