TCS’ rich athletic history includes 5 alumni winning national championships on the collegiate level. All 5 alum won national championships in soccer with the most recent being Calvin Todd in 2009 at Messiah College.
On February 19th, TCS athletics added another sport to the national championship list: track & field. 2010 alum, Alyssa Figueroa transitioned from a successful sophomore season playing women’s soccer at Houghton College into a national championship campaing running indoor track for the Highlanders. ‘Lyssa” won the 55m in NCCAA national championships hosted at Cedarville University.
