Why did you choose TCS for your child?
We were looking for an environment that could nurture our children and help them where they needed it most. Being that TCS is a Christ-centered environment we were confident they would get that here. After touring the TCS campus and meeting a few of the faculty we went home with a great sense that it would be a good fit. After praying over things God afforded us the opportunity to have both of our children attend Timothy.
What do you love most about TCS?
I love that the faculty are so loving, kind, and helpful. It just like a big happy family. You always feel welcome here.
What is one word that best describes the school? Why?
Rare. Rarely can you find a more dedicated group of teachers, Bible-based teaching, and smart and respectful students. I believe the examples that are being modeled at Timothy exemplify God in an amazing way.
In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS?
My children can tell of Bible story characters, quote scripture, have a stronger sense of math, and a lot more confidence in reading. I see growth socially and emotionally as well.
How is TCS preparing your child for college and beyond?
I know that the wide array of experiences my children are having at their young ages, whether in music, art, science etc., are setting them in the right direction for their future.
What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS?
Definitely consider TCS for your child(ren)! You will not regret the nurturing and love they will receive. In addition to a great curriculum, they will enjoy the sports and extracurricular activities offered too – from soccer and basketball to art and book club. Your child(ren) will not want to go home. The environment created here is second to none!
