Thank you to all who participated in Giving Tuesday! Donors included our parents, staff, grandparents, alumni, alumni parents, board members, and friends!
We are truly grateful for each donor and every dollar raised! The generosity of our TCS family and friends helped us exceed our goal and raise $65,253 on #GivingTuesday!
Our Board and alumni gave three matching gifts totaling 24,500!
51% of gifts were direct donations on our JustGiving site.
39% of gifts came from offline donations.
10% of gifts came from friends who heard about the campaign through personal fundraising pages!
We deeply appreciate everyone who promoted and shared the campaign! 15 people created their own personal fundraising page and shared it via email or social media. All of those who had three or more supporters give through their page were entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card. In addition, all who raised $300 or more through their personal fundraising page were entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Our Amazon gift card winners were Kristi McInerney and Sara George!
Gifts given will help our students and staff in the areas of STEM, Tuition Assistance, Spiritual Development, Fine Arts, Athletics, Debate, Safety, Facility Improvements, and Professional Development.
Most exciting for many of our current families and staff was hearing the news that we crossed the $65,000 mark by midnight which resulted in Dr. Smock granting an early Christmas present of “No School” on December 23!

In response to Dr. Smock’s challenge to make it to $65,000 by midnight in order to “win” a day off from school on Dec. 23, one of our new parents emailed, “Praying for God to meet that goal, but my daughter doesn’t want off from school on the 23rd. 🤣😂 I think there a lot of students that feel that way in this school. 😇🙌🏼
The blessings continue as several of our donors have submitted a matching gift donation form to their companies! Some of these companies include Chubb, Verizon, PSE&G, Johnson & Johnson, Chevron, AIG, Wakefern, and Vodafone Americas Foundation. Does your company match donations?
