Why did you choose TCS for your child?
We wanted our children to be in an environment that seeks to glorify God above all. TCS, not just looks to provide a great Christian education, but also emphasizes raising leaders and preparing children to make the right choices.
What do you love most about TCS?
The partnership that is built with the teachers is top notch. I have been so touched by how the teachers pour into the lives of their students. My children are not just supported in prayer but also see their teachers model Christ. The teachers are there, to support our children when they don’t understand something academically, provide guidance when they have an issue, and impart words of encouragement. This alone is priceless.
What is one word that best describes the school? Why?
The word that comes to mind is safe. As I drop off my kids in the morning, I feel that they are safe. I know that here they will not be ridiculed for having faith in God, as seen in public schools. They are learning in an environment where their minds will not be harmed by ungodly ideologies. If issues arise, they will be dealt with in wisdom.
In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS?
My children’s confidence in Christ has grown tremendously as a result of being with liked minded people.
How is TCS preparing your child for college and beyond?
The strong academics and the workload teach the kids to prioritize their time.
Also, by providing the kids with an atmosphere which motivates them to think and ask provocative questions, it strengthens their faith to be ready for the real world.
What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS?
One of the best investments that you will make in your children’s lives to help provide an environment where they will thrive academically, socially and spiritually and TCS provides this.
