Why did you choose TCS for your child?
We wanted a school that would give him a solid education that was Christ-centered. We perceived that Timothy certainly offered that. Also, during the open-house we attended, we were impressed with the eloquence, knowledge and poise of the student ambassadors.
What do you love most about TCS?
I love the focus on Christ, and the great professionalism and love for the students from the teachers and staff.
What is one word that best describes the school? Why?
Commitment. You can tell they are committed to a high quality, Christ-centered education.
In what ways have you seen your child grow and develop as a result of their experience at TCS?
He has become more independent and able to take responsibility for his work. He is also a voracious reader, and TCS has encouraged and cultivated that. His math skills have also improved dramatically.
How is TCS preparing your child for college and beyond?
As I said before, he has become much more independent about his work. And that’s due to Mrs. Delmanto deliberately working to prepare her students for Middle School, as she told us during the first day of school orientation. This will of course be a skill that will serve him all his school life and beyond.
What would you tell another parent to encourage them to consider enrolling their child at TCS?
That the education their child will receive is very high quality, and the school is committed to their Christian mission while emphasizing strong academics. This became even more apparent to us as parents during the pandemic lockdown last year.
