In partnership with the Christian home and church the Media Center at TCS is an active, safe learning environment where a caring staff guides students and staff to explore and interpret new information through a growing collection of print and electronic sources to develop a life-long love of reading and learning.

- Guide students and staff to become effective users of information to inquire, think critically, and construct deep knowledge
- Maintain a collection that supports the curriculum and provides a variety of books and resources to meet the needs and interests of its patrons to draw conclusions, make informed decisions, and apply new knowledge
- Provide access to information resources beyond the TCS collection and unlimited by the Media Center hours
- Collaborate with teachers as instructional partners to develop research units
- Create a positive environment where students and staff feel welcome seeking assistance and working together
- Promote the legal and ethical use of copyrighted materials and provide students and staff with information on copyright law and fair use guidelines for educations so that teachers and students share and participate ethically and productively as members of our society.
- Maintain a well-organized collection to assist students in locating sources for scholarly pursuits and leisure reading.
