TCS teachers are required to meet standards for ACSI teacher certification in his or her field of employment. Faculty members are carefully selected with regard to educational preparation, Christian testimony, personality and scholarship. 
TCS teachers are fully-qualified, born-again men and women who have a special understanding and love for their students. They are dedicated to providing students with an academically sound education integrated with the principles of Scripture. Teachers are aware that their influence reaches beyond the textbook and take seriously their responsibility as role models.

Marty Conte has served as a municipal NJ police officer for 28 years and 6 years as a federal officer with the Department of Defense where he held the rank of Captain in charge of the Police Training Academy. In this position Captain Conte conducted numerous drills with municipal, state and federal law enforcement officers in regards to Active Shooter protocol. He is a certified instructor for Police Response to Active Shooter which also involves training school administrators and staff as well as students in lock down and security procedures. Marty has also served in the US Marine Corps.
