Enrollment Requirements

  • Full-day Kindergarten students must be 5 years old prior to Oct. 1
  • First grade students must be 6 years old prior to Oct. 1 or have previous kindergarten experience
  • New K-1st grade students must be screened by our staff (using the Gesell Developmental Observation tool) to properly place students
  • 1st-12th grade students’ previous academic experience and standardized test scores will be utilized to help determine grade placement
  • All eligible school-aged children within the applicants family should attend TCS

The school feels that a family truly committed to the philosophy of Christian education should be consistent to that end, in order for us to work in partnership with the home. To that end, it is our policy that all eligible children within a family attend the school together. Certain exceptions may be granted by the Board for specific circumstances.

  • Upon review, you will be contacted to schedule an interview
  • Parents must sign a contract to show agreement and compliance with Timothy Christian School’s Statement of Faith and all other standards of our school

The partnership between school and family is integral, so to that end, the interview includes the potential student and his or her entire family. We know the impact and responsibility a family has upon each individual and believe in working together to develop a relationship that fosters communication and awareness for the student’s utmost potential to be achieved.
