The Timothy Christian School campus was buzzing with excitement as a record 37 prospective families visited on Saturday, February 6th for our in-person Preview Day!
Our visitors were greeted at the door of Building 2 by our student ambassadors. After being temperature checked, our guests were escorted to our registration table where they were checked in for their scheduled tour time and introduced to their tour guide. Student ambassadors and staff members led our honored guests on a tour of the campus. The tour included stops throughout campus where faculty members and students shared about our academics, robotics, band, art, athletics, drama, debate, stakeholders club and why they are passionate about TCS.
The day ended with a special overview of our HS program led by our HS
principal, Laura McKay, three of her faculty members, Jon Barr, Barbara Nelson and Josiane Martinez and one of our seniors, Zachary Lihn. Families considering HS received an in-depth explanation of our AP and dual credit classes, our STEM focus and the excellent program provided from our guidance counselor to prepare students for college.
Before leaving, our guests were asked to write comments about their experience. Here are a few things our visitors had to say…

Thank you to all our student ambassadors, our faculty & staff, and all our guests who helped make Saturday’s Preview a great success!! We thank God for the gorgeous, sunny, and dry day in February with safety for all that He provided. It was a terrific day! We look forward to many new families joining the TCS community in the fall!
We apologize to everyone who was not able to be with us on Saturday because we had reached our capacity for the number of visitors that we could safely have on campus with our COVID-19 protocols in place. We look forward to having you visit at our next Preview in March!
