academic excellence pic300One short walk through the hallways at TCS, and it is clear that the 2014-2015 academic year is off to a great start!

  • A new science lab in building six is leading to greater opportunities for hands on labs and higher levels of science instruction.
  • 8th – 12th grade students will participate in a political forum on October 21st involving candidates from the congressional and senate races in New Jersey. Students will engage in the political process as well as meet believers who have chosen to live out their spiritual calling through political involvement.
  • 10th and 11th grade students participated in the PSAT exam on campus, October 15th . With a greater exposure to high stakes testing, our students will be better prepared to do well on the SAT.
  • Elementary and secondary field trips have gone out to Von Thun’s farm, the Colonial Village of Allaire, Bell Labs, and even our own flagpole for a trigonometry lesson.
  • Seniors at TCS are already being accepted into the colleges of their choice such at Rutgers’ School of Engineering

Whether inside a traditional classroom or out, students at Timothy Christian School are engaged in the learning process and are growing as scholars!
